In celebration of the 65th Anniversary of the Archdiocese of Miami, please join us as missionary disciples for a unique, mission-driven destination Gala on November 9-12, 2023 in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. *Children are welcome to attend all events except the Gala and Concert. At that time, they are invited to attend a private kids’ movie & game night at the resort.
Schedule of Events
Attendees are responsible for coordinating their travel to the Dominican Republic. Nearby international airports include Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ). Punta Cana International Airport is about a one-hour drive to Casa de Campo while Santo Domingo Airport is about a one-hour and 15-minute drive to the resort. 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. $50,000++ sponsors and their guests are invited to attend a VIP Welcome Reception at Minitas Beach located within the Casa de Campo Resort. This is an outdoor event, flats or Sandals are recommended. Attire: Resort CasualWelcome Reception
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. All sponsors and attendees will be invited to attend a Welcome Reception at the Casa de Campo Resort Pool. Attire: Resort Casual
7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. As missionary disciples, we are called to put the needs of others before our own. While society continues to alienate people and push them to the margins, Jesus calls us to embrace them. This Mission experience in the Fundación MIR schools in La Romana will provide you with an optional opportunity to do some mission work by bringing hope and love to the most marginalized people in their community. A variety of mission experiences will be offered to attendees to select from prior to their arrival in the Dominican Republic.Exclusive VIP Dinner with Archbishop Wenski

7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A fun twist to a golf tournament? Yes! A golf scramble will be held on Saturday morning on the famous Teeth of the Dog golf course followed by lunch.Kids’ Movie & Game Night
7:00 p.m. - Midnight If you are travelling with your family and have younger children, this hotel-staffed and supervised event will take place at the time of the Gala and Concert so that your kids can have a good time too!65th Anniversary Gala & Concert
Cocktail reception • 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Dinner • 8:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Concert • 10:30 p.m. - Midnight The Archdiocese of Miami’s 65th Anniversary Gala Dinner & Concert will be a night to remember! Dinner will take place in the plaza. Earth Wind & Fire concert will immediately follow in the amphitheater. Attire: Formal Island Chic. This is an outdoor event. Sandals, flats, wedges are recommended.
Mass 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast
To conclude the festivities, Archbishop will celebrate Mass on Sunday morning in the Flamboyan Center. Continental breakfast will be served following the Mass.Travel Home Check-out is at Noon
